International Tax & Transfer Pricing Seminar: June 18-19, 2024 (part of TEI's Tax Symposium)
This seminar is designed for in-house tax professionals focused on international tax and transfer pricing issues and developments, helping you and your organization navigate the constantly evolving rules, assessing the implications that changes in tax legislation, and the approach tax authorities across the globe have on global organizations. The Seminar will cover the complexities of cross-border transactions, tax compliance, and global taxation of the digital economy, among other topics.  This is part of TEI's Tax Symposium. 

The 2024 Tax Symposium will be a first for TEI with three distinct seminars held in the same location over four days.  The International Tax & Transfer Pricing Seminar and the Credits & Incentives Seminar will be held on the first two days of the symposium and the Financial Reporting Seminar will be held on the third and fourth days.  As their names imply, the International Tax & Transfer Pricing Seminar will focus on the latest in international tax with a particular emphasis on transfer pricing developments; Credits & Incentives will include an update on how corporate taxpayers can best utilize the credits available under the Inflation Reduction Act, as well as other federal, state and local credits and incentives; and Financial Reporting will assess the current and future state of tax reporting under the latest FASB pronouncements, as well as other financial reporting developments relevant to in-house tax professionals.

Credits & Incentives Seminar: June 18-19, 2024
This Seminar is meant for in-house tax professionals focused on interpreting and applying the available tax credits, providing information on the tools your business needs to navigate the rapidly evolving tax and legal issues - offering an overview of the technical aspects and practical applications of the credits, including; how to navigate the statutes in the absence of complete guidance, how to apply the credits to transactions, leveraging the credits available in the Inflation Reduction Act, how to transfer credits, among other topics.

Financial Reporting Seminar: June 20-21, 2024
This Seminar is intended for in-house tax and accounting professionals needing to know the current and future state of tax reporting under the latest FASB pronouncements, as well as other significant financial reporting developments relevant to in-house tax professionals.

Registrants will have the option to register for any of the 2-day seminars (Credits & Incentives, International Transfer Pricing or Financial Reporting) or they can register for a combination of Credits & Incentives or International Transfer Pricing days (Days 1-2) and add the Financial Reporting days (Days 3-4) to make this a 4-day seminar at a discounted rate.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing by 4:00 pm ET on May 31, 2024, and will be subject to an administrative service charge of $75 (U.S.); for cancellations after May 31, 2024 and before June 7, the charge will be $200 (U.S.) No refunds will be made for cancellations received after June 7 and for no-shows.

Cancellations must be received in writing to meetings@tei.org. Refunds of credit card registrations, less administrative charge, will be made to credit card account.

Substitution - To substitute someone please email meetings@tei.org with the name of the person you want to substitute someone for and the new person. There is a $50 substitution fee, plus any member/non-member fee difference.

In the event of cancellation, TEI’s liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
