It is easy to get involved!
- Speak to a member of your chapter board to volunteer for a chapter event. You can help out for just a couple hours at one particular session, or become an active participant in the annual calendar of events.
- Contact a chapter or Institute-level committee chair if you're interested in joining a particular committee or have an advocacy effort for them to consider. Institute-level committees are also involved in planning the schedule for TEI’s conferences, courses and seminars – so consider recommending topics of interest to you and your company for an upcoming event. View the list of all standing committees, and their leadership.
- Volunteer to be on your chapter's board of directors, or volunteer to be a chapter representative to the Institute's board. Not sure what is involved in being on the board, or if you can manage the commitment? Talk to a member of your current chapter leadership or a member of the Institute's board.
