Accommodations
Rooms in TEI's discounted room block are $239 + tax per night. An optional destination fee is available, but can be declined. The reservations cutoff date is Monday, April 26, 2026 when rooms will be released for resale to the general public and will then be available at prevailing rates. Registrants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Course. The closest airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) (SEA).
Cabs and shared ride services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are available at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport as well.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing by April 3, 2026, and will be subject to an administrative service charge of $75 (U.S.); for cancellations after April 3, 2026, and before April 10, the charge will be $200 (U.S.). No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after April 17, 2026, or for no-shows. TEI encourages registrants or their employers to send a substitute to avoid this cancellation penalty. Cancellations must be requested by email to meetings@tei.org.
