Event Description

The Denver Chapter of Tax Executives Institute will hold a tax program on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at TopGolf Centennial! The half-day program is on the topic of Tax Technology, presented by KPMG. Following the seminar, we will have lunch, golf games, and drinks. Special thanks to KPMG for sponsoring the golf and happy hour portion of the event! The prospective agenda for the program is attached, and additional details are below.

WHAT:  CPE (3.0 hours)

WHEN:  Tuesday, September 26, 2023, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (9:00-9:30 AM check-in)
              Lunch, golf, and drinks to follow from 12:30PM-3:00PM

WHERE:  TopGolf Centennial - 10601 E Easter Ave, Centennial, CO 80112

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Earlier of maximum registrations or Friday, September 22, 2023 (see RSVP POLICY below). Late registrations will be permitted through the day of the event, with an additional $10 fee after the September 22 deadline.
RSVP POLICY:  Due to space limitations, only the first 160 registrations will be honored; please register early to ensure a seat.

REGISTRATION:  Registration is conducted through TEI Connect. If you are unable to register with TEI Connect,  please email the VP/Secretary, Bethany Mesko, at teidenverchapter@gmail.com   (see REGISTRATION DEADLINE above).
COST:  There is no additional cost for attendees who have paid for the Denver season pass for all FY 2023-2024 meetings. For all others, the cost for the half-day session is $175 for TEI members and $225 for non-members. A $10 late fee applies for registrations of either type after the September 22 deadline. Payments can be made via the TEI Connect A La Carte registration link above. Please choose the PayPal button for payment; you do not need a PayPal account to pay. When prompted to log in to PayPal, select the "Pay With Debit or Credit Card" button. If you cannot pre-pay using TEI Connect, please contact the Treasurer, Claire Selix, at teidenverchapter@gmail.com.

INSTRUCTIONAL DELIVERY METHOD: Live Seminar

PROGRAM CONTENT:  Program content will be presented by tax professionals from KPMG. Program evaluations will be provided via email following the session.    

PROGRAM MATERIALS: Program materials/documents including the agenda, bios, and slides will be available to download on the TEI Connect website prior to the meeting, here: Denver Chapter Public Community Library
CPE & CLE CREDITS – The program is expected to qualify for a maximum three (3.0) hours of CPE and CLE. Attendees wishing to receive CPE or CLE must record their attendance by (1) checking in with the attendant TEI Denver Officer upon entry, (2) filling out the attestation via Google Forms that will be sent out following the session, and (3) signing and retaining the CPE certificate that will also be provided via email. The CLE certificate will be sent via email as well; please note that CLE attendees are responsible for submitting their own CLE credit request online to the Colorado Supreme Court website.
