Event Description
The Denver Chapter of Tax Executives Institute will hold a tax program on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at TopGolf Centennial. The half day program will cover a variety of tax hot topics and is presented and sponsored by Holland & Hart. Since the event is fully sponsored by Holland & Hart, we welcome you to invite your friends and colleagues who are in-house tax professionals even if they aren't members of TEI. Please feel free to forward this invite to them.

The event is immediately followed by Golf / Networking / Social Hour from 4:00-6:00pm.

RSVP POLICY: Due to space limitations, only the first 100 registrations will be honored; please register early to ensure a seat.
COST: This event is 100% sponsored by Holland and Hart, and there is no cost to attend.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Participants will be updated on taxation issues related to recent court cases, basis shifting, and employee ownership trusts. Specifics are contained in the attached agenda.
