PROGRAM CONTENT
This program provides an overview of key partnership taxation concepts and explores the evolving role of technology in the tax profession. Participants will gain an understanding of the fundamental rules governing partnership transactions, allocations, basis management, and the taxation of flow-through entities. The program will also examine how artificial intelligence, enterprise data platforms, and emerging technologies are transforming tax operating models and enabling greater efficiency, insight, and innovation within the tax function.
