Jason Massie | Founder & President, MASSIE R&D Tax Credits Jason founded MASSIE R&D Tax Credits in 2004 after leading Big 4 and law firm R&D practices, and is widely recognized as an industry expert through frequent speaking and writing engagements. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Christian Brothers University and a J.D. from the University of Memphis, and is a licensed CPA and attorney.

Peter Green | CEO, MASSIE R&D Tax Credits Peter brings over two decades of tax credit industry experience, including leading WALLACE to acquisition by ADP in 2011 before joining MASSIE to drive the company's growth and client experience strategy. A recognized policy expert, he has contributed to specialty taxation committees of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Economic Development Association, and is a frequent speaker at national industry events.

Mary B. "Handy" Hevener | Partner, Morgan Lewis LLP Handy is a nationally recognized partner focused on payroll tax minimization and benefits-related tax deductions for U.S. and multinational enterprises, covering executive compensation, stock-based awards, golden parachutes, and fringe benefits. A former attorney-adviser at the U.S. Treasury Department, she has been consistently ranked by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America and is a frequent speaker before the Tax Executives Institute.

Douglas Norton | Partner, Morgan Lewis LLP Doug is a tax controversy partner with particular expertise in disputes involving the research credit under §41 and research expenses under §174, representing clients before the IRS, U.S. Tax Court, and federal courts at all levels. He is co-author of the Legal Guide to the Research Credit and co-host of the annual R&D Tax Credit Symposium, now in its tenth year.

Alex E. Sadler | Partner, Morgan Lewis LLP A former DOJ Tax Division trial attorney with over 25 years of experience, Alex is widely regarded as one of the foremost authorities on the §41 R&D tax credit, having co-authored the Legal Guide to the Research Credit and chaired Morgan Lewis's annual R&D Tax Credit Symposium. Consistently ranked by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 US, he has litigated and resolved high-profile research credit disputes before the IRS, U.S. Tax Court, and federal courts at all levels.
