If you are having difficulty registering for this event using the link below, please e-mail Katie Reiland O’Grady at atlanta@chapters.tei.org.

Meeting Fees are $75 for Members and $100 Non-members.

Season Pass: To provide a cost-effective alternative for TEI members, we offer a Season Pass that covers registration for all regular meetings and our half-day or full-day seminars. The Season Pass will also provide a reduced price to our annual social event. The 2026 – 2027 Annual Pass will cover events occurring between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027. The 2026–2027 Season Pass is available for $310 and may be purchased through TEI Atlanta Chapter. Additionally, we are offering “early bird” pricing of $250 for those that purchase prior to September 4, 2026. As a special welcome, we are providing a fifty-percent discount for the Season Pass fee for any first time TEI member who joined TEI after March 1, 2026. The discount will apply to the Season Pass rate at the time purchased ($125 during the early bird discount period; $150 afterwards). To claim the discount to the Season Pass, new TEI members must contact the TEI Atlanta Chapter at atlanta@chapters.tei.org to sign up as a new member. The reduced-price Season Pass offer does not apply to those who renew a prior expired membership from the previous four years (expiring in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025).

REFUND POLICY AND “NO SHOW” FEE

If the individual signs up for a meeting and cannot make it, cancellations can be made for a full refund if received before noon two days prior to the meeting. CANCELLATION MUST BE BY E-MAIL TO THE TREASURER, CAROLYN HAMILTON (ATLANTA@CHAPTERS.TEI.ORG). There is no refund if a person signs up and does not attend. If a person registers using a Season Pass and does not attend the event, TEI reserves the right to charge the holder a “no-show fee” to recover a portion of Chapter or sponsor costs. The “no-show” fee for 2026-2027 is $30.
