Event Description

If you are a member of TEI’s Board of Directors, a Committee Chair, or Chapter President, please join us—in person—for what promises to be an exceptional event designed to (re)connect you with fellow TEI leaders from around the world. (Members’ spouses and other guests are welcome to attend select meals and social events, as indicated in the meeting agenda.)

Who Should Attend

Registration is open to all members of TEI’s Board of Directors, Committee Chairs, and Chapter Presidents, as well as other interested members. As always, there is no registration fee for TEI members who attend Annual Meeting of Members. Registration is required, however, and members are responsible for their travel and lodging expenses. Chapter funds may be used to reimburse travel expenses. Kindly forward this invitation to your incoming leaders if your chapter has not yet submitted its chapter nominations.

Accommodations

TEI has reserved a block of discounted guestrooms at The Snow King Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. TEI's discounted sleeping room rate is $469/night (Single) or $489/night (Double) plus tax, plus $39 Destination Fee. TEI’s block of rooms will be released for sale to the general public on July 8, 2026. Requests for accommodations made after that date (or earlier, if the block sells out) cannot be ensured, so please make your reservations promptly. If you book a room at The Snow King Resort outside TEI’s room block, please inform us at meetings@tei.org so we may count your room nights toward our block. HOTEL LINK for online reservations. TEI will be providing TEI members who register for the event with one $150 credit/night for up to two (2) nights applied to the guest folio to help offset the cost of the accommodations.


 

Travel Information

Jackson Hole, Wyoming is set in a mountain valley surrounded by the Teton Range, with open landscapes, forested areas, and nearby rivers. In August, the area typically has mild daytime temperatures and clear visibility, offering views of the surrounding mountains and natural scenery.

The region provides access to a range of outdoor activities, including visits to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, hiking, wildlife viewing, rafting, and fishing. Scenic drives and guided tours are also common ways to experience the area.

Snow King Resort is located in downtown Jackson, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, galleries, museums, and local attractions. The resort combines natural surroundings with convenient access to town amenities, offering options for both organized activities and individual free time.

Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is approximately 10 miles from the resort, providing convenient access for attendees traveling by air.

Guest Registration

Friends and family members are welcome to join select meals and social events, including the reception on Sunday evening, the reception and dinner on Monday evening. All other events are limited to TEI members. The fee for spouses, guests, and children 12 and older is $300 (U.S.) per person; the fee for children under 12 is $150 (U.S.) per person.

To register your guest online, please first complete your registration online and then you may register a spouse/child/guest in an addition transaction.

Once you complete your registration:

Go to your My Profile,
Select the Dashboard tab,
Under Events click Review Registration next to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Members.
At the bottom of that page, click on Add Guest and complete the registration for your guest.
Guest name, City, and Guest Registration Type are required.
Once you have filled in the information and selected the Event Fee click Add To Cart and move forward with the purchase.

If you would prefer for us to register your guests, please download and return our GUEST REGISTRATION FORM to register your guest to meetings@tei.org.

 

Dress

Suggested attire for all functions at the meeting is resort casual. Area weather can be variable, especially in the evening. Meetings rooms can sometimes be chilly, so it is good to have a light jacket or sweater available.
