These virtual sessions offer a unique opportunity to engage with fellow CTOs on timely topics, share best practices, and strengthen your professional network.
Join us for a timely and insightful CTO Discussions Series exploring the evolving landscape of tax hiring in corporate environments. Moderated by Julia Lagun, SVP at Comerica, this session features expert insights from Eytan Ishai and Domenico Magnelli, Partners at Foxwood Search.

Eytan Ishai, Founding Partner & CEO, Foxwood Tax Search
Julia Lagun, SVP, Corporate Tax Director, Comerica Inc.
Julia joined Comerica in Fall of 2020 as an SVP and Corporate Tax Director to lead the tax department.
Prior to joining Comerica, Julia was responsible for tax planning, audits, and M&A at KeyCorp (Key Bank). Julia’s prior experience includes leading federal tax planning projects and working on the company’s federal tax policy initiatives at Walmart. Prior to joining Walmart, Julia was a Tax Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Washington, DC office and has served in roles supporting Accounting Methods, Federal Incentives & Tax Credit Services, and Federal Tax Controversy. She has co-authored numerous articles in the Journal of Tax Practice and Procedure, Practical Tax Strategies, The Tax Advisor, and the Tax Executive.
Julia is a CPA, graduating from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She completed her legal education earning her JD and LLM from Loyola University School of Law in Chicago. She is admitted to practice in the Illinois State Bar.
