  • Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits
  • Risk Mitigation Through Tax Technology
  • Corporate Mergers, Acquisitions, and Dispositions
  • Overview of Joint Ventures & Partnerships
  • Fundamentals of U.S. International Taxation
  • Financial Products and Hedging
  • And more
The sessions feature a world-class faculty, and a practical and succinct perspective presented in a virtual edition of the in-person Federal Tax Course – Level 2, conducted in the Summer of 2023. The recorded sessions will be broadcast and feature a subject matter expert (session speaker)  to answer questions through a chat feature.
