International Tax & Transfer Pricing Seminar (part of the 2024 Tax Symposium)

This Seminar is designed for in-house tax professionals focused on international tax and transfer pricing issues and developments. The first day will cover key transfer pricing issues and developments, including a discussion of the current status of the arm’s length principal around the world, audit & litigation trends, a review of the IRS’s transfer pricing exam process, among other things. The second day will address other hot topics in international tax, including OECD Pillar Two, working from anywhere, and proposed PTEP regulations (if issued in time for the seminar).
