We want to thank all of our members who have attended our virtual events over the past year, including the recently completed 71st Midyear Conference. While we had hoped that we could meet in person for the Midyear Conference in Washington, DC, we were able to virtually bring together a plethora of impactful thought leaders on international, Canadian, and U.S. federal, state, and local tax policy and procedure.
More than 500 people participated in the event, taking advantage of almost 50 hours of available education. Our 28 exhibitors enjoyed many opportunities to visit with attendees in their booths and share product and service information. Many speakers took advantage of some "face time" with attendees in Zoom sessions after their webcasts were complete.
While we all agree that in-person meeting is the best, based on attendee feedback, the Conferece was a huge success:
