TEI Hosts Its First Hybrid Conference

TEI’s Hybrid 76th Annual Conference concluded on October 26, 2021, with more than 450 in-person and virtual attendees. The conference encompassed more than 40 hours of CPE accredited education - taught by impactful thought leaders on international and U.S. federal, state, and local tax policy and procedure.

In-person participants enjoyed the beautiful grounds of the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, the warmth of Florida, and the opportunity to see fellow members, speakers, and sponsors for the first time in two years. TEI employed electronic session scanners to track attendance and deliver electronic CPE certificates to attendees efficiently. Remote attendees enjoyed our new virtual platform – featuring interactive sessions with live video, chats, and Q&A. All attendees received access to the entire conference on-demand following the event.

TEI and its members united to create a comfortable and enriching experience. Extra precautions, such as health checks, masks, and cleansing stations, were implemented on the site grounds to ensure the safety of our attendees. We thank each of you for abiding by these guidelines and doing your part to prevent the spreading of COVID-19. And we can’t wait to see you at our Hybrid 72nd Midyear Conference in Washington, DC!
