Hello everyone,
It is truly an honor to be elected your 2021-2022 TEI International President, and I am excited to interact with the many friends that I have made over the last 30 years at TEI — including members, sponsors, speakers, government officials, and TEI Staff.
We have a lot to look forward to this fall! Registration is open for TEI’s U.S. International Tax Fundamentals Series, which will begin September 14. This virtual training, offered over the course of a month, is an excellent training for emergent tax professionals.
And registration has opened for TEI’s Hybrid 76th Annual Conference. The in-person component of this event will take place at the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate, where we will be able to host outdoor receptions, meals, and be able to socially distance. For those who cannot travel, virtual attendees will have access to our new virtual platform, where they can interact with our speakers on a real-time basis, visit virtual booths, and video chat with sponsors and fellow attendees. All in-person and virtual attendees will receive on-demand access to sessions after the Conference.
Finally, I have established several working groups related to membership, reaching CTOs, chapter relations, sponsorship, and diversity and inclusion.
