About

The Silicon Valley Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute has 400+ members representing over 165 companies. Our membership includes tax professionals working in Silicon Valley and the surrounding San Francisco Bay Area. Our chapter has eight standing committees covering a wide variety of subject matter areas including Federal, State and Local, International, Financial Reporting, Membership and Controversy. The committees are responsible for developing seminars on topics of interest to our members and enlisting nationally recognized speakers as presenters. Our chapter will host over fourteen ¾-day and full-day events during 2016/2017, and a number of multi-day seminars, including the TEI-SJSU High Tech Tax Institute which is a co-sponsored event with San Jose State University, and the Pacific Rim Tax Institute, another co-sponsored event. All chapter seminars qualify for CPE and CLE certification in California.
