The Senior Tax Analyst will have primary responsibilities for income tax reporting and compliance, including, but not limited to: coordination of federal consolidated and state combined/unitary/separate income/franchise tax return preparation, preliminary quarterly and annual ASC 740 calculations including all supporting schedules, updating SOX 202 process documentation, estimate payments, extension requests, tax process support, and research projects. The Senior Tax Analyst will also support income/franchise tax planning and regulatory audits as directed.


  • Coordinate federal and state income tax filings with outside service provider

  • Prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 calculations with supporting schedules

  • Prepare contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation

  • Prepare supporting schedules/memos related to state/federal regulatory tax audits

  • Prepare SEC tax disclosures

  • Prepare sales and use tax returns, property tax returns and quarterly estimated tax payments vouchers and annual extension requests

  • Maintain tax calendar checklist and department procedure manual

Education and Experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

  • CPA certification or Master's degree in Tax

  • 5-7 years’ experience (mixture of Big 4 experience and industry experience)

  • Working knowledge of ASC 740, FIN 48 and other GAAP pronouncements.

  • Working knowledge and interpretation of US tax law and regulations

  • Working knowledge of OTP provision/compliance software

  • Experienced in Excel, Word, Power Point, FAS, and accounting software
