Will be on a global tax team for a $20 billion company headquartered in Los Angeles that does business in over 150 countries and has team members in Canada, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Reporting to the Director of Tax Planning, will support critical functions including tax research, writing, planning, acquisition and disposition structuring and special projects. Will play a critical project management role for the Tax Department with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and internal restructurings along with supporting positions taken on federal income tax returns.
