TEI's 74th Midyear Conference will be returning to the Grand Hyatt Washington (DC) Hotel. 
 
Program materials and registration will be available in Winter 2023.  

CPE/CLE Information

This conference will offer approximately 17.0 hours of Group Live Continuing Professional Education (“CPE”).

Prerequisite: Registrant must be a corporate tax professional

Team Discount: TEI offers a discount on registration fees to organizations sending two or more registrations from their organization. When registering the second or subsequent registrant from your organization online, enter MY24TEAM into the discount code field before entering payment information. This discount will take 20% off the member and non-member registration fees.
 
This discount may not be combined with the already discounted First-Time Member Registration Fee. You must have your primary registrant register at a full member or non-member registration fee. A First-Time Member Registrant can count as your first registrant.
 
Group Registration: To register a group of people from the same organization please download and complete a registration form for each person (with payment information) and send it to meetings@tei.org.

ATTENDANCE REMINDER: TEI events are open to members of TEI and other in-house tax professionals. Individuals engaged in private law, accounting, or other consulting practices, as well as government employees, may not attend.

Participants may not attend any TEI conference if they feel unwell, have tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days before the event, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days before the event. By registering for this event, attendees affirm their commitment to comply with TEI’s in-person meeting guidelines.

Accommodations

A discounted block of sleeping rooms will be available at the Grand Hyatt Washington DC Hotel for TEI Midyear Conference attendees.  Discounted sleeping rooms will be available for $354 per night. To make reservations CLICK HERE. TEI's room block expires on February 22, 2024.  Our room block is limited and will likely sell out prior to February 22nd, so do not delay in making your reservations. Once our block is sold out, the hotel will be selling rooms at prevailing rates.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations: Cancellations made in writing by March 1, 2024 and will be subject to an administrative service charge of $75 (USD); for cancellations after March 1 the charge will be $200 (USD). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 8 or for no-shows; however, registrants will have full access to any on-demand content issued following the event. To cancel your registration, please send an email to meetings@tei.org.
 
Substitutions:  There is a $25 processing fee for each substitution, plus any registration fee difference. To request a substitution, please send an email to meetings@tei.org.
 
Cancellation or over subscription of the conference: In the event the conference must be canceled or is oversubscribed, TEI’s liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
