Beginning on Monday, July 17, TEI’s Education Fund will sponsor its advanced U.S. federal income tax course, 2023 Federal Tax Course – Level 2, at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia.  
 
This course, which was last offered in 2019, is designed for in-house tax professionals with five or more years’ experience and is a natural follow-up to TEI’s Federal Tax Course – Level 1.

Registration Fees:
Full Course Registrant = $2,400 (1st person from an organization, includes lodging from Sunday-Thursday night)
Subsequent Course Registrant = $2,100 (2nd or more person from an organization, includes lodging from Sunday-Thursday night).
Full Course Registrant (No Lodging) = $2,100 (1st person from an organization, no lodging included).
Subsequent Course Registrant (No Lodging) = $1,800 (2nd or more person from an organization, no lodging included).

Eligibility - This course is open to members of TEI and other in-house tax professionals. (Individuals engaged in private law, accounting, or other consulting practice, as well as government employees, are ineligible to attend.)
 
TEI's Updated COVID Policy: TEI’s top priority is ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees. Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing by June 30, 2023, and will be subject to an administrative service charge of $75 (U.S.); for cancellations after June 30, 2023, and before July 7, the charge will be $200 (U.S.).  No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after July 7, 2023, or for no-shows.  TEI encourages registrants or their employers to send a substitute to avoid this cancellation penalty.  Cancellations must be requested by email to [email protected]

Refunds of credit card registrations, less administrative charge, will be made to the purchaser’s credit card account.
 
Substitution Policy
Substitutions will be permitted for registrants who are unable to attend the course.  To request a substitution, please email [email protected] with the names of the registrant and his or her substitute.  The substitution fee is $50 per registrant.

Cancellation of the Course
In the event the conference must be canceled, TEI’s liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
 
TEI’s Federal Taxpayer ID Number is 52-0239291.  In accordance with section 274(n) of the Internal Revenue Code, registrants are notified that that the portion of the seminar registration fee attributable to food and beverage is $600 (U.S.).
