Team Discount: TEI offers a discount on registration fees to organizations sending two or more registrations from their organization. When registering the second or subsequent registrant from your organization online, enter AC23TEAM into the discount code field before entering payment information. This discount will take 20% off the member and non-member registration fees.
This discount may not be combined with the already discounted First-Time Member Registration Fee. You must have your primary registrant register at a full member or non-member registration fee. A First-Time Member Registrant can count as your first registrant.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations made in writing by October 6, 2023 and will be subject to an administrative service charge of $75 (USD); for cancellations after October 6 the charge will be $200 (USD). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 6 or for no-shows; however, registrants will have full access to any on-demand content issued following the event. Substitutions: There is a $25 processing fee for each substitution, plus any registration fee difference. To request a substitution, please send an email to [email protected]
Cancellation or over subscription of the conference: In the event the conference must be canceled or is oversubscribed, TEI’s liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
