TEI is excited to announce that its 76th Annual Conference will be a hybrid event due to the uncertainties regarding COVID-19 and in response to feedback from our member travel survey. As a hybrid event, attendees may attend this year’s Annual Conference in-person or virtually, with access to sponsors, networking opportunities, and more via both options.
To accommodate this new hybrid format, TEI has moved the in-person portion of the event to the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Florida, and changed the date of the Conference to October 24-27. The Omni is a Four Diamond resort surrounded by 36 holes of championship golf and 15 acres of recreation opportunities, including family-friendly amenities. Most importantly, relocating our event to Florida will enable us to offer outdoor dining and receptions, and to implement other social distancing measures for the safety and comfort of attendees. We look forward to seeing you, our speakers, and sponsors in person!
Attendees participating in this year’s Hybrid Annual Conference virtually will be afforded a robust experience. Remote attendees will have the opportunity to view the conference sessions over our virtual platform, interact with our speakers on a real-time basis, visit virtual booths and have video chat with our sponsors, and network with fellow attendees, whether participating in the conference in-person or virtually. Moreover, all in-person and virtual attendees will receive on-demand access to sessions after the Conference.
Our preliminary program will be released shortly and registration will open soon for the 2021 Hybrid Annual Conference. We encourage you to register early. We can’t wait to see you this fall!
