The schedule for our program is as follows:
April 30 & May 1 – Federal Tax Controversy – Utilizing case studies, member and practitioner-led roundtables, skills-based exercises and other formats, this two-day program explores the entire life-cycle of the federal tax controversy.
May 2 – Transfer Pricing Controversy – Practitioners from Mayer Brown will guide our one-day program to enable you to effectively prepare for, document and defend your transfer pricing methodology.
May 2-3 – State & Local Tax Controversy - In respond to member feedback, we have expanded our SALT controversy seminar to two days.  Led by practitioners from Eversheds Sutherland, attendees will participate in a comprehensive, in-depth examination of SALT controversies, including state tax filings, audits, protests, and litigation.  In addition, new features include a hands-on protest workshop, using tax technology in tax controversies,
as well as separate discussions with in-house state tax professionals, government state tax lawyers, and state tax jurists.
Register for the seminar segments that best meet your tax controversy needs. In addition, all attendees will be able to submit questions anonymously through a secure TEI portal, and have those questions addressed as part of our program.
