Fees

Early Registration Rates are available until Feb. 25. These rates are $850 for members and $1,050 for non-members.  After Feb. 25, rates go up to $900 for members and $1,100 for non-members.

Available Discounts

All discounts must be applied at the time of registration. Discounts cannot be applied after the fact, so please plan ahead and have the codes when you are registering.

  • TEI's "TEAM" discount: If you are the 3rd registrant (or subsequent) from your organization registering for TEI's 2015 Midyear Conference, you can save $200 per registration. Enter "TEAM15" into the Discount Code box during your registration process. This discount may not be combined with the First-Time Registrant Discount.
  • TEI's "First-Time Registrant" discount:  If you are a TEI member and this is your first TEI Midyear or Annual Conference you are entitled to a one-time discount of $200. During the registration process, select "First-Timer - TEI Members Only" as your registrant type and you will be given the discounted rate. This discount may not be combined with the "TEAM" Discount, but it may count as one of the two registrations your team needs to earn the discount.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing by 4 pm ET on March 6, 2015, and will be subject to an administrative service charge of $75 (U.S.). For cancellations after March 6, 2015 (the date handout materials become available), and before March 13, 2015, the charge will be $200 (U.S.). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 13, 2015, and for no-shows. Cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds of credit card registrations, less administrative charge, will be made to the credit card account. TEI’s Federal Taxpayer ID Number is 52-0239291.
