HOUSING INFORMATION

A discounted block of sleeping rooms is being held at the Grand Hyatt Washington DC Hotel for TEI Midyear Conference Attendees.  Our discounted rate of $319 (single) / $344 (double) + tax per night will be available online only. Upon registering for the conference you will receive a weblink to make your hotel reservations (do not attempt to call in and make reservations since the reservations agents do not have access to our room block. They will likely tell you that our block is sold out since that is how it appears in their system, but it not currently sold out).  You will need to make your reservations prior to March 18, 2011 when any remaining rooms in our block will go on sale to the general public.  Our sleeping room block is limited and will likely sell out, so do not delay in making your reservation.
