TEI will be holding its 2013 Partnership Taxation Seminar: Fundamental Issues and Critical Considerations on February 20-21, 2013 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in San Diego, California.
This seminar provides approximately 15.0 credits on a 50-minute hour basis, 12.5 credits on a 60-minute hour basis. There are no prerequisites nor is any preparation necessary. Seminar hours and technical topics are subject to change.
Seminar registrants will receive a link to the speaker’s handouts approximately 2 weeks prior to the seminar. Handouts will be able to be downloaded to your mobile device, laptop or PDF's may be printed by registrants. TEI will have limited printing capabilities onsite, so please print or download files before arriving in Orlando. Wi-Fi is not available in the meeting room. Session handouts will be available for 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
UPDATE - 2/1/13 -- TEI's room block hold has expired and rooms have been released back to the hotel. They will continue to honor our rate for as long as they can. If you make a reservation that is not in our block, be sure to tell them you need to be in the Bay Tower with the other TEI registrants and our meeting space. TEI has secured a discounted block of rooms at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina for seminar registrants. TEI's discounted room rate is $189 + tax per night. If you need additional assistance, please call 877-734-2726 (be sure to confirm that your sleeping room is in the Bay Tower where TEI’s meetings will be). TEI's room block is limited and will likely sell out. Reservations must be made prior to January 29, 2013 when the block is released back to the hotel for re-sale, but TEI's block could sell out sooner than January 29, so do not delay in making your reservations.
The Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina is located approximately 2 miles from the San Diego International Airport (SAN) and the Sheraton does offer a complimentary airport shuttle van. Be sure to tell the driver you are going to the Bay Tower.

All cancellations must be made in writing by 4:00 pm ET on February 4, 2013, and will be subject to an administrative service charge of $75 (U.S.); for cancellations after February 4, 2013 (the date the online handouts become available) and before February 13, 2012, the charge will be $200 (U.S.). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 13 and for no-shows. To cancel please send an email to email@example.com.
