The first meeting of the Cincinnati Chapter’s 2010-2011 program year will be held on Monday, September 20, 2010, at the Fawcett Center located on the campus of The Ohio State University. Directions to the Fawcett Center can be found at

A full day seminar has been organized by the Federal and International Committees and will be presented by Miller & Chevalier Chartered.
The agenda will be as follows (see the attached agenda for topic details):
• 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Continental Breakfast
• 8:30 a.m. to 8:40 a.m. Introduction – TEI Chapter President Tom Aydt
• 8:40 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Program
• 10:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Break
• 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Program
• 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Lunch
• 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Program
• 2:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Break
• 2:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Program
The cost to attend is $80 per person, which includes lunch. If you are a Season Ticket Holder, the price of this meeting is included in your Season Ticket. dmiller@hbdeo.com fax: (614) 526-7020. Make sure you include your company name, the list of attendees, whether they are members or guests, and the total amount due. Payment for meeting reservations is due by September 20, 2010.
Also enclosed is the Season Ticket Order Form. As with prior years, a season ticket can be purchased for all meetings at a substantial discount. Payment for Season Tickets must be received by September 20, 2010 whether or not you are attending the September 20 meeting.
Payments for meeting reservations and the Season Ticket Plan are due by September 20, 2010.
Those attending this meeting will earn 8 hours of CPE.
