    The Chapter is pleased to welcome the following distinguished speakers from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP – Claudia Hinsch, Vicki Nielsen and Patrick Rehfield.  The ability to identify and respond to tax issues related to compensation and benefits is critical for success of all corporate tax professionals. With the tax laws related to this area of taxation being so complex, it is important to periodically review compensation and benefit issues in order to help corporate tax professionals recognize potential audit issues, avoid making common mistakes and traps for the unwary.  To that end we will discuss:
    • Best practices for Tax Professionals related to employment tax hot audit topics;
    • Review and gain insight into Code section 409A compliance issues;
    • Discuss 162(m) deduction limitations;
