December 15, 2010 - Holiday Luncheon
February 3, 2011 - Half Day Seminar - Miller & Chevalier presentation on Hot Topics in Corporate Tax, Consolidated Returns and International Tax, including a discussion of IRS Announcement 2010-9 regarding Proposed Disclosures of Uncertain Tax Positions.
February 24, 2011 - Luncheon Seminar (San Antonio) - PricewaterhouseCoopers provided a Federal Tax Update
March 23, 2011 - Luncheon Seminar - Morgan, Lewis & Bockius discussed Fringe Benefit & Payroll Tax Audit Issues, as well as Ethics and the Tax Executive
April 27, 2011 - Luncheon Seminar - DuCharme McMillen & Associates provided a State Tax Update
June 16, 2011 - Luncheon Seminar - Baker McKenzie presented a Transfer Pricing Update
